Brewing Wu Yuan Ming Mei Tea in Tiny Porcelain Teapots

Pre-brewing Preparations:

Tea ware: Electric instant kettles, tiny porcelain teapots, tea holder, tea towel, tea spoon, water containers, etc.

Water: Boil water in the electric instant kettle. Cool the water down to 80°C, ready for use.

Tea leaves: Add Wu Yuan Ming Mei Tea into the tea holder. Note:

1.     Brewing green tea in a blue porcelain teapots is a visual treat.

2.     Wu Yuan Ming Mei Tea is generally brewed in the "middle" way.

Brewing:

1.     Prepare tea ware: Keep the tea ware ready for brewing.

2.     Warm teapot: Pour a little hot water into the tiny porcelain teapot.

3.     Drain water: Drain the water into the water container.

4.     Add tea leaves: Carefully spoon dried Wu Yuan Ming Mei Tea leaves into the teapot.

5.     Pour water Fill the teapot to 70% full.

6.     Appreciation: Brew for 1 minute. Your tea is ready.
