Brewing An Ji Bai Cha in Glass Tumblers

Pre-brewing Preparations:
Tea ware: Electric instant tea kettle, glass tumbler, small sharable glass and glass cups, tea holder, tea towel, tea spoon, strainer, water container, etc.
Water: Pour water in the electric instant tea kettle. Bring to boil.
Cool the hot water to 80°C, ready for use.
Tea leaves: Add the right amount of An Ji Bai Cha into the tea holder.
Note:
1.       The leaves absorb water and open. The brewed leaves can turn light or greenish-white.
2.       Brewing in glass tumblers one can appreciate the “greenish white” brewed leaves.
3.       Green tea can be brewed for 3-4 times in a small pot and drunk in cups.
4.       An Ji Bai Cha is generally brewed in the “middle brewing” way in a single cup, but the "bottom brewing" way is used to brew in pots.

Brewing:
1.        Prepare the tea ware: Keep the tea ware ready to brew.
2.        Warm tea ware: Fill a little hot water into the glass teapot.
3.        Warm fair mugs: Pour the boiled water from the kettle into the fairness cup.
4.        Warm cups: Thereafter pour the hot water from fairness cup into each little cup.
5.        Adding tea leaves: Carefully spoon An Ji Bai Cha into the glass teapots.
6.        Soak the leaves: From a height, pour hot water into the teapots, and brew for I minute.
7.        Drain water: Drain the water into the water container. Wipe water stains.
8.        Strain tea liquid: Pour the brewed liquid into the fairness cup through the strainer.
9.        Dividing liquid: Divide the liquid into each little glass cup to 70% full.
10.     Appreciation: The tea is ready to drink.
